As a recognised Air Traffic Control — Approved Training Organisation (ATC-ATO) by both the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) and the Department of Civil Aviation, Brunei Darussalam, we are fully authorised to deliver comprehensive Air Traffic Control training programmes that meet international aviation regulatory requirements.
In addition, Clearwisdom is also certified as an Approved Flight Procedure Design Organisation (AFPDO) by CAAM, authorised to design and maintain Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP) in Malaysian airspace in compliance with ICAO standards.

CAAM — ATC Approved Training Organisation Certificate
CAAM — ATC Approved Training Organisation Certificate Issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), this certificate recognises Clearwisdom Sdn. Bhd. as an authorised Approved Training Organisation for Air Traffic Control, permitted to conduct ATC training courses and examinations in compliance with the Civil Aviation Regulations 2016.
Brunei DCA — ATC Approved Training Organisation Certificate
Brunei DCA — ATC Approved Training Organisation Certificate Issued by the Department of Civil Aviation, Brunei Darussalam, this certificate authorises Clearwisdom Sdn. Bhd. to deliver a full range of Air Traffic Control training programmes, including the use of advanced simulators, in accordance with BAR 1 – Part-ATCO Chapter IV regulations.
CAAM — Approved Flight Procedure Design Organisation (AFPDO) Certificate
Issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), this certificate recognises Clearwisdom Sdn. Bhd. as an Approved Flight Procedure Design Organisation, authorised to design and maintain Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP) in accordance with Civil Aviation Directive 6401 Flight Procedure Design. This certification ensures that all published IFPs meet ICAO requirements for instrument flight procedures in Malaysian airspace.
ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management System Certificate
Clearwisdom Sdn. Bhd. is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by SIRIM QAS International, recognised under the IQNET international certification network. This certification confirms that Clearwisdom has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System across all three of its operational sites — covering the provision of air traffic control training and certification, comprehensive maintenance of ATC simulation systems and equipment, and maintenance and service of ATC and multilateration systems at KLIA. This achievement reflects Clearwisdom’s commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality services that meet international standards.
